This role will be working within a multi-task team environment performing and/or assisting in maintenance routines on building equipment. The incumbent will perform preventative maintenance routines on assigned areas. The position demands flexibility (shift required), and a positive, cooperative work attitude. The duties for the role are:
SERVICE / PERSONAL SKILLS:
Incumbent needs to be service oriented with excellent communication skills. Must be self-motivated and flexible, with the ability to work both independently and in a team. Must have a positive attitude and present a professional image.
EXPERIENCE & TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Candidate should have minimum three (3) to five (5) years’ experience in a maintenance/operations capacity in a large commercial facility. Should be capable of operating large equipment such as chillers, boilers, compressors, etc.
EDUCATION / DESIGNATIONS / LICENSES:
Candidate must have knowledge of building mechanical, electrical and safety equipment. Must be capable of working with hand tools and performing basic plumbing and electrical repairs. Have a strong knowledge of HVAC preventative maintenance.
